    Streszczenie angielskie: The aim was evaluation of indices values SBI and API during prophylactic procedures including indyvidual prophylaxis program. The examined subjects were children and youngs aged 16-18, both sexes in number 182 persons disected according sex and age into 4 groups. In the work the efficacy of prophilactic procedures used on every visits of IP were assesed. At group I, 6-9 aged children none differences SBI values were stated between girls and boys. Groups II, 10-12 aged patients values SBI at girls were nearer to values SBI at girls in group I, and at boys were higher. At group III, 13-15 aged increase of SBI values at both sexes was stated, but more at boys. At group IV, 16-18 agers, the girls mean values SBI were similar to girls in group I and boys to boys of group II. The percentage values API in all investigated groups were higher than values of SBI and occured high positive correlation.
