    Streszczenie angielskie: A review of own reserach works at the IBBE PAS on semiconductor biosensors of urea, glucose, pesticides, triglicerides and selected antigens in liquids, including biological fluids, on a background of the international state of art are presented in the paper. In the all above-mentioned biosensors, enzymatic reactions of substrate hydrolysis are used to receive the products, which detection would be possible by own construciton chemically sensitive transducers of the ISFET type. Methods of immobilisation of enzymes in different matrices are presnted. Parameters of these biosensors are given.
