    Streszczenie angielskie: Outsourcing is getting more and more popular in the Polish health care system. Lack of experiences in managing it could cause serious problems both for a contractor and for a health services provider. This paper is based on the authors' experiences and journals devoted to outsourcing as well as on research conducted recently in Poland. It presents and organizes basis concepts of outsourcing in health care and presents some recommendations and advices related to outsourcing contracts length and conditions.
