    Streszczenie angielskie: It is study the distribution of molecules of aqueous of antibiotics was evaluated. The influence of the aerosol generation technique on the aerosol spectrum was also investigated. Each of the antibiotics preparation were transformed into aerosol using both ultrasonic and jet methods of nebulisation. There were used two types of ultrasound inhalators and two types of nebulisers. Large differences in the measurable parameters of the drugs were found, which influences considerably their deposition in the bronchial tract and causes respective therapeutic implications. The results suggest also that the generation method of antibiotics aerosols influences directly on the aerosols spectrum. The optimal size parameters of the aerosol are guaranted by the jet method.

    Streszczenie polskie: Przdstawiono zalety nowoczesnej antybiotykoterapii inhalacyjnej oraz możliwości generacji aerozolu. Celem pracy było zbadanie rozkładu wielkości cząsteczek aerozoli uzyskanych z wodnych roztworów antybiotyków i ocena metody rozpraszania inhalacyjnego na spektrum wielkości cząsteczek. Stwierdzono znaczne różnice parametrów wymiarowych aerozoli poszczególnych leków. Uzyskane wyniki sugerują również, że metoda rozpraszania inhalacyjnego antybiotyków ma bezpośredni wpływ na spektrum wielkości cząsteczek, a optymalnie parametry wielkościowe zapewnia metoda pneumatyczna.

    Streszczenie angielskie: Antibiotics in the modern aerosoltherapy are presented, their good points possible methods of generation. In the study the distribution of molecules of aqueous solution of antibiotics was evaluated. The influence of the aerosol generation technique on the aerosol spectrum was also investigated. Large differencies in the measurable parameters of the drugs were found. The results suggest also that the generation method of antibiotics aerosols influencies directly on the aerosols spectrum. The optimal size parameters of the arosol are guaranteed by the jet method.
