    Streszczenie angielskie: The clinical picture and course of urticaria pigmentosa are described in 50 children (including 24 children with the bullous variation). Exacerbations of symptoms were caused by specific factors. Application of symptomatic treatment for one year gave progressive improvement of cutaneous symptoms in all of the children. The systemic symptoms also disappeared. Systemic mastocytosis did not develop in any child. Start of the disease before 6 months of age is a marker of good prognosis.

    Streszczenie angielskie: The aim of this study was to present our observations of clinical course and the management in 26 patients with Acrodermatitis Enteropathica. Doses of ZnSO4 were individualy chosen to each patient. The obtained data point to the occurance of improvement in clinical state and reduce of diseases symptoms during adolescence in our patients.

    Streszczenie angielskie: Clinical and histological pictures were atypical in a initial stage. Syndrome Sweet diagnosis was confirmed by apperance of leukocytosis, neurophyly and fever. The latest histological picture showed neutrophyllic infiltration. Treatment: Encortolon and Disulone were administrated. The skin eruption disappeared and laboratory result was normalized. The disease recurrence with minor clinical manifestation and morphology result was observed one year later.
