    Streszczenie angielskie: The aim of this work the assessment of the intensity and component structures of DMF number and value of OHI-S index according to Green and Vermillon by women that are working in environment of flour and sugar dust, on the example of ZPC "Skawa" Wadowice. In tested group, which counted 120 people, the average DMF number was high and its average value was 24.64. the highest values it showed among worker of department, which machinery were less modern. With relation to the countrywide data it was 47 p.c. higher. Also it showed higher value by bakers than packers. Structure of components was highly unfavorable in case of D and M. It exceeded average country values more than 100,p.c. The value of F was 100 p.c. lower. Index of treatment achieved level of 50 p.c. country data. The number of tested people with tartar on the basis of OHI-S index is 28 p.c. higher. There are 7 times more toothless people than by the country index. The analysis of received results serve to work out the prophylactic program, as well - in prospect - to reactivate out - patient clinic, which were eliminate few years ago.
