    Streszczenie polskie: Opisano dwa przypadki jednostronnego zwężenia moczowodów wywołane endometriozą. Pacjentki poddano leczeniu opearcyjnemu. Po wycięciu zmienionych fragmentów moczowodów i ich anastomozie oraz następowym leczeniu hormonalnym uzyskano całkowitą remisję choroby.

    Streszczenie angielskie: Two cases of unilateral uretheral osbtruction caused by endometriosis were reported. Two patietns aged 48 adn 35 years old were fully diagnosed with above mentioned abnormalities prior to a surgical operation. During the surgical operations the initial diagnosis was confirmed macroscopically, followed by the surgical amputation of the uretheral parts pathologically changed. The anastomosis of urethers was finally performed after confirmation that the remaining parts were macroscopically unchanged. Histopathological examinations conrimed the inital diagnosis. After the surgical operation both patietns were subjected to hormonal treatment attaining full recovery. The above presented cases - uretheral endometriosis is one of rare complications caused by endometriosis. Proper and early diagnosis, followed by an effective treatment is important in obtiating greivous consequences e.g. total renal failure.

    Streszczenie angielskie: The lactate dehydrogenase LD EC 1.1.1.27 is a tetrameric molecule in which two different polypeptides may participate as H and M subunits, creating isoenzymes occuring in serum: LD1 (H4), LD2 (H3M), LD3 (H2M2), LD4 (HM3) and LD5 (M4). The aim of this study was to recommend two pre- and post-delibery LD indexes in serum of patients and to compare the indexes in two groups: primiparae and multiparae. Authors didn't find any data about this kind of presentation of the isoenzymatic indexes of LD in the available papers. The LD actibity was determined in serum from two groups of pregnants (primiparae and multiparae, each group consisted of 10 women), just before delivery and after the 2nd stage of delivery, by use the kintic kit by BioMerieux (France) and biochemical anlysator RA-XT Technicon (USA). After the total LD activity determination as well as the electrophoretic separation of isoenzymes in serum, two indexes were recommended for the estimation of the post-delivery changes: [designe]. The statistical analysis of the results was made by the t-Student test with the significance level p 0.05. The statistical significant increase in both indexes was observed after the 2nd stage of the delivery in comparison to the pre-delivery values - K1 in primiparae (0.04 and 1.25) and in mulriparae (0.45 and 0.98) as well as - K2 in primiparae (0.19 and 0.77) and in multiparae (0.15 and 0.59). Presented isoenzumatic indexes could be incentive to further research connected with the informations about the health status, preparation to the delivery and the time necessary to the recovery.
