    Streszczenie angielskie: We present a case of 42 years old patient with intramural pregnancy. The first diagnosis was establish according to ultrasound examination bud the ultrasound picture did not allow to differentiate in a straightforward way whether the pregnancy is located in the intramural part of the right hand side oviduct, or more typically in the ampullar part. We decided to perform the laparoscopy, and after the confirmation of diagnosis, we performed the classical supra-cervical uterus amputation. In conclusion, it seems that ultrasound examination followed possibly by laparoscopy is a sufficient method of diagnosis of intramural pregnancy.
