    Streszczenie angielskie: We studied the data of prenatal ultrasound diagnostics of abnormalities in fetus. Coincidence of prenatal and postnatal diagnoses was registered in 92 p.c. Structure and index of rate of abnormalities in fetus were compared with the data of monitoring in newborns. The differences have been analyzed.

    Streszczenie angielskie: The main theme of the article contains analysis of intrafamiliar clustering and transmission which is implicated as a major route for acquisition of Helicobacter pylori infection. The occurrence of digestive disorders in household members of the patients with chronic gastritis and duodenal ulcer disease families was observed by clinical and instrumental investigation. It proves the high risk of digestive disorders, associated with Helicobacter pylori, in the household members of the index patients. The results of the analysis prove the necessity of all-family eradication treatment in order to avoid reinfection, intrafamiliar clustering and transmission of Helicobacter pylori infection. It can also reduce the risk of digestive disorders, associated with Helicobacter pylori, in the household members of the index patients. The household members and the index patients treatment by the schedule list (which included omeprasole, augmentine, cyprofloxacine during 7 days) caused high eradication effect observed by invasive tests and was mostly alwaysaccompanied by changes in Ig G titres.
