    Streszczenie angielskie: Functional structure of the human body is constructed by the only L-amino-acids and D-sacharides, and in this reason biochemical reactions in the organism are highly stereo selective. As a result of dissimilar spatial arrangement of enantiomers the differences in theirs farmacokinetics and farmacodynamics can be observed in every stage. Examples of such differences appearing for enantiomers in the human organism are presented.
