    Streszczenie angielskie: The authors described disease unknown in Poland. It occurred in the Soviet Union from 1942 to 1947 with special severity. The population in the Orenburg and the other districts of Soviet Union was affected in more then 10 p.c. The Polish people deported to Kaseakhstan and other districts of SU in 1940 was also 137 affected. This disese was caused by molds Fusarium of the sporotrichella and poae section and develop in hibernate grains, under the snow and called alimentary tioxic aleukia (ATA). Finally authors described clinical signs of ATA, divided into four stages. If the disease was diagnosed in the first stage or the second one early hospitalization may saved the patients' life. In the third stage death finished most cases.
