    Streszczenie angielskie: In this article the author describes the group dynamic principle as an integrational part of dynamic psychiatry. The integration of the group dynamic principle into the therapeutic approach of Dynamic Psychiatry had a great influence for thr treatment of "early disturbed" patients like borderline and personality disorders or schizophrenic patients. Before describing the therapeutic method of the dynamic psychiatry a short over view of the historical development of group-therapeutic approaches will be given. Finally the author refers to the indication of patients who have the predisposition for being treated with group-psychotherapy and the importance of integrating group-dynamic principles in inpatient treatment.
