    Streszczenie angielskie: The authors refer an observation of neonatal intussusceptions at 36th day of life, which resulted in ileum attresia in a newborn, which had proved patency of teh gastro-intestinal tract with repeated stools before an accident. The case directly confirms etiology of intestinal accident (intussusceptions) with necrosis in atresia.

Their observation corresponds with several similar cases, even with patient's death, referred in the literature.
