    Streszczenie angielskie: E2F4 gene is a differentiation gene of the cell and the very early transcriptional factor for other genes including E2F4 and genes of apoptosis. Overexpression of E2F4 gene of decrease of pRB cause cell fast entering S phase of cell cycle and apoptosis. In the presented paper we determine the influence of sulindac sulfide and sulfone dervatives on E2F4 expression and apoptosis in LS 180 colon carcinoma cells.
