Streszczenie polskie:
Porfiria skórna późna (porphyria cutanea tarda, PCT) jest najczęściej występującą postacią porfirii. Obok charakterystycznych zmian pęcherzykowych, pęcherzykowych, zanikowych blizn, przebarwień, odbarwień, w przebiegu PCT mogą wystąpić stwardnienia skóry. Często dominują one w obrazie klinicznym upodobniając PCT do sclerodermii ograniczonej. Przedstawiono przypadek 55-letniego chorego, u którego wystąpiły ogniska stwardnień otoczone różową obwódką obok typowych dla porfirii wykwitów skórnych.
Streszczenie angielskie:
Porphyria cutanea tarda (PCT) is the most common of porphyrias. Besides characteristic vesicle, bullae, atrophic scars, hyperpigmentations and depigmentations, the sclerodermatous lesions may occur in the course of PCT. They often predominate in the clinical picture resulting in the resemblance of PCT and morphea. The 55 year-old patient with pink ring surrounded indurations coexisting with typical for porphyria skin lesions is presented.
